What we do

Care, organised
around what you
actually need.

Seven building blocks we combine to fit your situation. Every family gets their own plan — and you can change it any time.

01

Personal care

The daily care that carries the day — from morning routine to bedtime.

  • Personal hygiene, skin and mouth care
  • Help getting dressed and undressed
  • Toileting and continence support
  • Mobility assistance and re-positioning for pressure-sore prevention
  • Meal preparation and support during meals
02

Household help

So home stays home — and doesn't become a burden.

  • Shopping, errands, pharmacy visits
  • Laundry, ironing, changing bed linen
  • Cooking meals tailored to taste and need
  • Cleaning the rooms in use
  • Plants and pets — they belong here too
03

Dementia & Alzheimer's

Specialised support for people whose world is quietly changing.

  • Structured daily rhythm with familiar key people
  • Activating support — memories, music, movement
  • Safe accompaniment on walks
  • Counsel for relatives on handling difficult moments
  • Close coordination with GPs and neurologists
04

Company & companionship

Social closeness is care — especially when the world gets smaller.

  • Conversation, reading aloud, shared hobbies
  • Walks in the neighbourhood, café visits
  • Accompaniment to doctor appointments and authorities
  • Help with correspondence and phone calls
  • Multilingual: German, Russian, Turkish and more
05

Respite for relatives

Caring relatives carry a lot. We carry some of it with you.

  • Substitute care under § 39 SGB XI
  • Hourly respite — also weekly on a recurring basis
  • Holiday cover for caring relatives
  • Advice on care-level applications and insurance benefits
  • Referrals — day care, equipment, therapists
06

Round-the-clock support at home. Dignified, discreet, dependable.

  • Trained live-in caregivers
  • Careful matching by language, character and experience
