Privacy notice

We treat your personal data with the same care as what it refers to — your family, your story, your health.

2. Data collected when visiting the website

When you access our website, the server that delivers the page automatically processes technically necessary information. This includes:

IP address of the requesting device (anonymised after processing)
Date and time of access
URL requested and HTTP status code
Amount of data transferred
Browser type, browser version and operating system
Referrer URL (if any)

This data is technically necessary to display the website to you and ensure its stability and security (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest). No marketing-related analysis takes place. Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

3. Cookies & tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no web analytics tool, no Google Analytics, no social media plug-ins, no external fonts and no ad networks. All fonts are served from our own server.

4. Contact form

When you send us a message via the contact form, the information you provide (name, email address, optionally phone number, topic and message) is used solely to process your inquiry.

The form is delivered via Web3Forms (Web3Forms Inc., Bridgewater, NJ, USA), which we use as a technical dispatch service for form data. Processing may occur outside the EU. A data processing agreement is in place. Details: web3forms.com/privacy.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent for the future at any time by contacting us informally. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose — at the latest after 6 months, unless legal retention obligations apply.

5. Map — OpenStreetMap

On our contact page we display a map of our office location. For this we use OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap servers to deliver the map tiles.

6. Care contract data

In the context of a care contract we process particularly sensitive data (health data, care level, medical orders). This processing takes place offline or in protected systems only — never via this website. A separate privacy notice will be provided together with the care contract.

7. Hosting

The website is hosted on a server in Germany (Netcup GmbH, Karlsruhe). A data processing agreement is in place.

8. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
